The key to success of any project is good planning and setting easy goals and expectations for all stages, whether during the construction period, actual production, marketing and sale, as very large targets and ambitions often do not materialize during the early years of the project, as they lead to stumbling and failure. We must therefore plan well and properly from the very beginning and set achievable goals and expectations even in a situation of unfavorable economic conditions.
